Returns Policy


 

WHAT can be returned?
Only faulty or damaged goods may be returned and are subject to authorisation by Theo & Joe Pty Ltd.

Goods can not be returned due to a change of mind.


WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All goods must be inspected within 24 hours of collection or delivery. Any claims for damage or quality issues must be raised during this time, claims will not be excepted beyond 24 hours of the goods being delivered.

Notification to Theo & Joe Pty Ltd must be made via email to info@theoandjoe.com.au

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Once approved for return goods will need to be returned to our distribution center.

HOW do customers return items?
Any returns due to faults or damage must be made utilizing Theo & Joe Pty Ltd approved carriers and transport companies.

Goods will only be accepted if returned in their original packaging.

CREDIT for returns?
Provided the returns process is followed Theo & Joe Pty Ltd will at its discretion either refund the purchace price in full or replace the goods as soon as is reasonably possible.

Packing materials?
Any item approved for return must be in its original packaging.
