With a little care, your natural rattan pendant will retain its beauty for years to come.

• Dust regularly using a soft, dry cloth, feather duster or soft brush to gently clean between the woven strands.
• Spot clean carefully with a lightly dampened cloth when needed, then dry immediately. Never soak the rattan or allow moisture to contact electrical components.
• Avoid harsh cleaners, bleach, abrasive products and furniture oils or sprays, which may damage or discolour the finish.
• Keep dry and protected. Position indoors, away from damp conditions, direct sunlight and excessive heat. Do not use outdoors unless the complete fitting is specifically rated for outdoor use.
• Handle gently. Support the shade by its frame when moving or cleaning, and avoid pulling or placing pressure on the woven strands.
• Switch off the power and allow the bulb to cool before cleaning. Use a compatible LED bulb within the fitting’s stated maximum wattage, ensuring the bulb does not touch the rattan. Hardwired pendants must be installed by a licensed electrician.

Naturally unique: Variations in colour, texture and weave are characteristic of natural rattan and form part of each pendant’s individual charm. Its colour may gradually mellow with age.
